About the instructor:

Denishi Blake

My journey into health and wellness began when my grandmother had a double mastectomy and eventually passed away from breast cancer when I was 14 years old.


My father passed away from lung cancer when I was 19 and, to make matters worse, my mother was diagnosed with breast cancer when I was 21. Thankfully, my mother survived breast cancer through her mindset shift and her diet.  She was introduced to juicing, nutrient-dense smoothies, and loads of vegetables and supplements. It was at this time that I realized nutrition and mindset were a huge part of one's health.


From there, I began shifting my diet over the next 7or 8 years until I became fully plant-based and removed meat, dairy, sodas, processed foods, etc. I joined the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2015 and became a certified health coach. At that time, I begin meditating, practicing my breathing, and removing stress triggers. I was determined to change the trajectory of my life by taking full responsibility for my health and wellbeing through shifting my belief system around health and wellness.


It's my hope that I am able to give you the foundation to take responsibility for yours!

Lesson One

Retraining the Brain

Do you know who you are? How powerful you are? In this course, we will explore the mind and body connection and how they work in tandem!

 Without it we are nothing. In this course, we will tap into the power of your breath and develop health, happiness, and inner richness.

Lesson 4

Mindful Eating

Mindful eating is about using mindfulness to reach a state of full attention when you're eating. In this course, we will explore our eating habits and learn tools to eat mindfully.

Lesson 5

Forming New Habits

In this course, we will pull it all together. We will begin doing the exercises to retrain the brain for optimal success, learn tools to heal the body, master our breath, and how to eat mindfully!
